The Floral Baker by Frances Bissell (published by Serif Books) has arrived at Maddocks Farm Organics today and I am very excited for two reasons. Firstly, Frances is a real hero of mine and I am thrilled that she has recommended Maddocks Farm Organics in her latest book on cooking with flowers. Frances is one of very few chefs to acknowledge edible flowers as a valid ingredient rather than just a pretty garnish. Secondly, we are going to be selling The Floral Baker via our online shop.
