The Floral Baker by Frances Bissell (published by Serif Books) has arrived at Maddocks Farm Organics today and I am very excited for two reasons. Firstly, Frances is a real hero of mine and I am thrilled that she has recommended Maddocks Farm Organics in her latest book on cooking with flowers. Frances is one of very few chefs to acknowledge edible flowers as a valid ingredient rather than just a pretty garnish. Secondly, we are going to be selling The Floral Baker via our online shop. Recipes include the very delicious Nasturtium and Pumpkin Seed Bread and the stunning Fennel, Pancetta and Parmesan Muffins.
