At Maddocks Farm Organics we promise not to sell or share your details with any third party at all – ever.

When you order we do not retain any financial information about you and only use your personal information for the purposes of delivering your edible flowers and receiving payment. We accept online payment via BACS or via PayPal and both your bank and Paypal have their own terms and conditions with relation to protecting your financial information and should be referred to if you would like further information. We can also accept a personal cheque or cash on collection if you prefer.

Our website, like all websites, does use cookies to enable you to use the on line facilities more efficiently particularly if you are a regular customer. In all honesty we have absolutely no idea how this works at all but we do know that you can turn off cookies on your computer or clear cookies after using this or any other website. We certainly do not make use of any information regarding your use of our site.

Our website and blog does contain links to other websites of interest. We take no responsibility and have no control over these websites and these sites are not governed or covered by this privacy policy.

The vast majority of our customers come back to us time and time again so when you order from us your contact name and email will be added to our mailing list for monthly news letters and special offers. You will only receive one email a month but if you would prefer not to receive our newsletter then you can ‘click’ the unsubscribe button when it appears.
