Rose Mojito
From a collaboration between Maddocks Farm Organics (Now The Edible Flower Garden), Ever-After- Wedding and Christopher Piper Wines.
Just the heady scent from the old English roses made us think
we were in a perfumery. The key here are these very special roses

Ingredients
White rum – 1 1/2 ounces
Unsprayed edible roses from The Edible Flower Garden
Organic mint – 2 sprigs
Fresh lime juice – 1 oz
Crushed ice cubes
Rose syrup (see separate recipe) – 2 teaspoons
Soda water to taste
Collins glass
Method
Muddle the mint, lime juice, rose syrup and a 1/2 dozen rose petals with some ice.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Add the rum (or leave out for a mocktail), some more ice and rose petals to garnish.
Top with soda to personal taste.
