(selfridge) Ingredients Chase (West Country) Raspberry Liqueur (20% abv); Prosecco; Flutes; Organic Violas. Pour a generous splash of Raspberry Liqueur into the bottom of the flutes (amount to suit your taste). Top up with Prosecco and finish with a viola. An easy and eye catching reception drink. Violas have a long growing season and come in a range of colours and sizes so are perfect for garnishing flutes. Chase Raspberry Liqueur (20%) abc is made using locally sourced raspberries and Chase fine English potato vodka giving it a pure luxurious quality. Chase is the UK’s only single estate distillery founded by farmer William Chase in Hereford in 2008. Chase Rhubarb and Chase Blackcurrant liqueurs are also available and make the prettiest pale pink reception drinks with Prosecco Frizzante ‘Spago’ (available from Christopher Piper Wines).
